Polly had a great time at the Ginninderra District camp out at Innabaanya with her fellow Ginninderra guide friends. The camp was themed to celebrate Canberra' 100th birthday. There was cake, party games, songs, laughter and learning a lot about what has made Canberra what it is today.

Polly and her fellow guiding friends from Ginninderra District held a Christmas lunch for some of the local senior citizens

 

 

The Seniors Christmas Party is an annual service project that Ginninderra District runs. A lunch and entertainment (play and carols) is held for about 35-40 senior citizens in our community. The District has been doing this for 14years and it is a great opportunity for Polly and her guide friends to give back to the community and the guests love meeting and talking with the guides!
